Gli acciai austenitici serie 300 contengono più dell’8% di nichel e appartengono al gruppo degli acciai inossidabili (inox). Presentano un’ottima combinazione di proprietà meccaniche e resistenza alla corrosione. Grazie a queste caratteristiche, gli acciai austenitici sono diffusi in tutti i campi in cui sono richieste elevate esigenze in termini di resistenza alla corrosione. La struttura austenitica e la relativa duttilità elevata comportano eccezionali caratteristiche di tenacità, anche a basse temperature di utilizzo, nonché una buona saldabilità.

La produzione segue rigorosamente le specifiche internazionali EN e ASTM – ASME.

Era Fittings, per ogni curva saldata in acciaio inox prodotta, emette certificati che rispettano le qualifiche richieste dalla committenza. Tutte le lavorazioni di saldatura sono eseguite da personale qualificato nel totale rispetto delle normative. Le curve saldate vengono inoltre testate direttamente in azienda attraverso gli esami ai raggi X, ad ultrasuoni, ai liquidi penetranti e PMI in base alla norma di riferimento o a specifiche richieste del cliente.
