AUSTENITIC
ALLOYS
Super austenitic alloys have been developed to meet severe corrosion specifications. Thanks to their high molybdenum content (>6%), nitrogen additions and higher nickel content, these alloys provide better resistance to stress corrosion cracking than the 300 series. Super austenitic steels are non-magnetic and have good weldability and formability. They are used on the chemical and petrol-chemical industry, pulp and paper, desalination plants, hydrometallurgy, pharmaceutical industry and heat exchangers.

The production of elbows strictly follows the international specifications according to EN and ASTM-ASME.
Era Fittings, for each elbow produced, issues certificates that meet the qualifications required by the client. All welding operations are performed by qualified personnel in full compliance with the norms. The elbows will also be tested with X-rays, UT, and Penetrants Liquids according to the norm and customer requests.
