ALLOYS
Nickel alloys have nickel as balancing metal. They can be alloyed with iron, chromium and molybdenum and are used at the high end of the corrosion scale, for example in the most aggressive parts of flue-gas desulfurization plants and other demanding applications. Nickel alloys present high corrosion resistance properties under severe conditions. These grades are mainly used for the Oil & Gas, chemical and power sectors.

The production of elbows strictly follows the international specifications according to EN and ASTM-ASME.
Era Fittings, for each elbow produced, issues certificates that meet the qualifications required by the client. All welding operations are performed by qualified personnel in full compliance with the norms. The elbows will also be tested with X-rays, UT, and Penetrants Liquids according to the norm and customer requests.
